Story
Hi friends and family,
As a team we are taking on the Live Like Her Challenge 2025 to help more homeless women over 55 into a home. For one night, we will be sleeping in a car, to raise awareness and funds for The Forgotten Women project, an initiative which is close to our hearts.

The Forgotten Women
The Forgotten Women is Mangrove Community Homes' flagship project, a unique, grassroots housing initiative dedicated to women over 55 experiencing homelessness - the fastest growing cohort in Australia today. The Forgotten Women's mission is simple: to put a safe roof over the heads of as many vulnerable older women as possible. Through the acquisition of suitable properties, the project provides secure, safe, affordable housing that enables older women to age in place with security, stability and dignity.
